Clubhouse Capacity - 108 persons
LTCC members have the privilege of renting the clubhouse to host their own events for birthdays, graduations and other special occasions. Renting members and their guests will have full use of the clubhouse and grounds. The clubhouse has a large kitchen with two ovens and microwaves, a bar area, and plenty of tables and chairs as well as a relaxing deck overlooking Lake Tranquility. During the summer (between Memorial Day and Labor Day), rentals have the added benefit of certified lifeguards on duty from 12pm to 6pm.
The cost of the rental is $300 for the day. Current LTCC membership and a $100 deposit is required to secure a date, the deposit will be returned after the club house has been inspected for damages and cleanliness. Cleaning after your event is required, anyone renting the clubhouse is required to properly clean and disinfect after their function. Failure to do so will result in a forfeiture of the security deposit and may impact your ability to rent the clubhouse in the future.
